Archiving & Preservation

The Journal of Computers, Mechanical and Management (J. Comput. Mech. Manag.) is committed to the long-term preservation and accessibility of its published scholarly content. The journal ensures that all published articles remain permanently available and protected against data loss or discontinuation of publication.

The journal participates in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), a distributed digital preservation system developed by the Public Knowledge Project. PKP PN uses LOCKSS-based technology (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) to create and preserve archival copies of published content across a global network of participating libraries.

Through this preservation arrangement, the journal’s content is securely archived and can be restored or made available in the event of system failure, data loss, or journal unavailability. This ensures the long-term integrity, authenticity, and accessibility of the scholarly record.
