About the Journal

The Journal of Computers, Mechanical and Management (J. Comput. Mech. Manag.) (e-ISSN: 3009-075X) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published by AAN Publishing, Malaysia. The journal serves as an international forum for the dissemination of original research and high-quality review articles across the broad domains of engineering and technology, computing, and management sciences, with an emphasis on interdisciplinary and applied research.

JCMM publishes scholarly contributions across major disciplines of engineering, including but not limited to computer science, artificial intelligence and data-driven technologies, electrical and electronics engineering, civil, industrial, mechanical and biomedical engineering, as well as relevant areas of the Basic Sciences and Mathematics that support engineering and technological research. The journal also welcomes research in management, business, and economic systems that are closely linked to engineering, technology, and innovation practices.

The journal is committed to upholding high academic standards, maintaining editorial independence, and ensuring transparency throughout the publication process. All submissions are subject to an initial editorial screening to assess scope, originality, and basic methodological soundness. Manuscripts that pass this stage are evaluated through a single-blind peer-review process by a minimum of two independent reviewers. Additional reviewers may be invited at the discretion of the handling editor, where required.

JCMM aims to support the dissemination of research that demonstrates novelty, methodological rigor, and practical or theoretical significance, and that makes meaningful contributions to the advancement of engineering, technological, and managerial knowledge. The journal encourages submissions from researchers, academicians, and practitioners worldwide.

As an open-access journal, JCMM provides immediate and unrestricted online access to its published content, ensuring global visibility and accessibility of research. Information regarding article processing charges, where applicable, and detailed submission requirements are provided in the relevant sections of the journal website.

Article Processing Charges (APCs):
JCMM does not charge any APC for manuscripts submitted until 31 December 2025.
For manuscripts submitted from January 1, 2026, onwards, an APC of USD 250 per accepted article will apply. APCs, where applicable, are requested only after final acceptance of the manuscript.

The stated APC amount is exclusive of any applicable taxes, including but not limited to value-added tax (VAT), bank transfer charges, or other statutory levies, where applicable. Any such charges shall be borne by the author(s) or the paying institution.

To support researchers who are unable to meet some or all of the costs associated with publishing Open Access, AAN Publishing operates a transparent APC waiver policy. Waiver requests may be considered upon reasonable justification and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
